She is incredibly patient, reassuring, and has a fantastic way of teaching that makes every lesson enjoyable and easy to follow. She explains everything clearly, takes the time to build my confidence, and always stays calm and encouraging, even when I’m feeling nervous or make mistakes.

Her teaching skills are excellent, and she adapts each lesson to help me improve at my own pace. Thanks to her support and guidance, I’ve become much more confident behind the wheel. I had an excellent experience with Hera even though I was only able to do one lesson due to my availability changing which didn't fit with her schedule. I learnt Alot of things and have learned from most of my mistakes in only a couple of hours,which I see as a good outcome from such a little amount of time and the pricing was fair which is helpful when a young person such as myself has other responsibilities to juggle along side getting a licence. I felt reassured and more confident even after having a long break from any lessons.

After more than 10 years of driving test anxiety, I finally found the courage to book my test, but the only slot I could get was in Ipswich, a town I'd never driven in (all my lessons had been in Colchester), and my usual instructor was away.

I contacted several Ipswich instructors and Jusna was the quickest to reply and the most reasonably priced.
We had a lesson on the Monday before my Friday test, and her patient, reassuring teaching style put me completely at ease.

On test day, Jusna had me drive around the test centre area first so I'd feel familiar with the roads.
I passed with just two minors. When I came out, she ran over to hear how it went and was genuinely thrilled for me and couldn't wait to take a photo of me with my certificate, it was obvious to me that Jusna really cares about the outcomes of her learners and gets faithfully invested in priming them for success.

After a decade of putting this off, I honestly don't think I'd have got there without her. If you're an anxious driver looking for a patient, supportive instructor in Ipswich, I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much Jusna.

I was nervous and anxious about my driving test but I got all support and help from Jusna! She is really really good in working with someone who’s English is not first language!
